To place a pre-order, simply fill
out the convenient form below and press the submit button at the bottom of the
page. A deposit may be required to finalize your pre-order, you will be
notified by e-mail or by phone if a pre-order deposit is required.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a problem with the item you have
pre-ordered (i.e. its release is delayed, distribution restricted, or
production discontinued by Mattel), we will notify you immediately. Deposits
are non-refundable. However, under these circumstances, we will happily apply
your deposit to another Preorder you may have or give you an in-store credit
for the amount of your deposit.
Please Note: If you cancel a Preorder your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Preorders must be paid in full before your doll or item ships to you. We will
notify you when items begin shipping to us, and when they arrive. Please keep
in mind newly released items frequently ship to us at different times, but we
will ship items together whenever possible.
